Introduction
The kasneb e-Library is a dynamic digital platform designed to support learners, educators, and professionals in accessing high-quality academic resources. Through its partnership with the Kenya Library and Information Services Consortium (KLISC) and kasneb Curriculum and Test Development Directorate, the e-Library offers users a gateway to a vast collection of scholarly materials:

- Official kasneb Syllabuses
- Curated Recommended Reading Lists tailored for each kasneb course
Eligibility for Access
The following categories are eligible for access to the kasneb eLibrary upon meeting the set requirements:

| kasneb Students and kasneb Graduates | Payment of KSh. 1,000 or USD 20 annually through the Student Portal |
| Trainers of kasneb Accredited Training Institutions | Introduction of the trainers to kasneb by their Institution |
| kasneb Examiners | Introduction of examiners by Examinations Management Division |
