KASNEB Accreditation Process

A comprehensive step-by-step guide for training institutions seeking accreditation to offer KASNEB courses

1

Application Preparation

Training institutions offering or intending to offer KASNEB courses must apply for accreditation. Choose between:

  • Full Accreditation - For established institutions meeting all standards
  • Interim Accreditation - For institutions working towards full compliance
Pro Tip: Institutions are encouraged to first assess their compliance with accreditation standards before applying.
2

Application Submission

Complete your application for accreditation through the official KASNEB portal.

Access Application Portal
Ensure all required information is accurately filled before submission.
3

Interim Accreditation Period

Interim accreditation is granted for 18 months (non-renewable). This period allows institutions time to address non-compliance issues and work towards meeting full accreditation standards.

Important: Institutions must apply for full accreditation at least 60 days before expiry of the interim certificate.
4

Full Accreditation

Full accreditation is granted for 5 years and is renewable. This certification demonstrates that your institution meets all KASNEB quality standards.

Renewal applications must be submitted 90 days before expiry of the accreditation certificate.
5

Complete Documentation

Your complete application on the portal should include:

  • All supporting documents
  • Proof of payment
  • Required institutional information
Accreditation fees are outlined in Part IV of the guidelines.
6

Application Acknowledgement

KASNEB will acknowledge receipt of your application within 14 days of submission.

Keep the acknowledgment receipt for future reference and follow-up communications.
7
